The experience at Wessex Garages Kia Cardiff was ok. Nice dealership, good choice of cars, happy with the Stonic I bought. However handover was rushed, and the PDI was poor. Dirty inside windows, software not up to date, scratched glass, and dirty inside fuel filler, clearly not thoroughly cleaned or checked.

Thomas was outstanding giving full explanation if everything i asked u would certainly reco end Thomas Pritchard to family or friends Really made me feel individual and special and that he treated me like royality.

He took his time to explain all that needed explaining and listened carefully to my questions and opinions. Andrew was also great at handover.
